The Challenge

The pastry case signage management at Starbucks was a full-time position for two people to manage all the inventory and shipping for 10,000+ stores across North America. Help!

The Solution

DCG ONE partnered with Starbucks to create a turnkey pastry case signage ordering portal for all North America stores to manage their own store needs. This online portal is integrated with the in-store POS system to allow for easy ordering. With over 55 products, and 75 regions, there are over 4,100 versions to manage that change with the season. Print-on-demand allows for efficient use of all materials. 

The Results

By implementing a data-driven solution, DCG ONE was able to assist Starbucks in allowing its team members to utilize their time outside of manual processes, reducing the overhead of the program. Store managers are to be able to get what they need when they need it, which allows for a more rapid response to changing seasonal goods.
